Contact NSPCC if you have any concerns or suspicions. You can contact the helpline via a call (Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm) or email (anytime) for free. Reports can be made anonymously. If you're worried about a child, even if you're unsure, contact the helpline for help, advice and support.
The NHS website has information, advice and help for children, teenagers, students and parents on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
The Lighthouse is a service that provides a safe space to support children and young people, from 0-18, in their recovery from sexual abuse or exploitation. It will also support adults aged 18-25 with learning disabilities if The Lighthouse service best meets their needs. They accept self-referrals and referrals from professionals for children and young people in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.

Contact Barnardo’s Tiger Light service which provides early emotional support for children and young people, aged 3-18 (and their families), who have disclosed sexual abuse. They provide this service in Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster via referral by relevant professionals in the borough.
The National Crime Agency's CEOP Education team, formerly known as ‘Think U Know’, aim to help protect children and young people from online child sexual abuse. They have age-specific resources for children, young people and their families. You can also report any online sexual abuse via their page’s report button.
